Cancellation Policy

Last minute cancellations (same day) and no shows now impose a fine of 50% of the service booked. This 50% is for my time lost which is fair and so you're not paying for the haircut that you don't receive. To cancel or reschedule, sign up so you can amend accordingly or please contact us AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE. If something comes up within the 24 hours PLEASE STILL CONTACT US.
